Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, as well as to international countries (including UAE, Australia, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, USA).
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We calculate shipping costs by shipping weight:
- 0 to 500 g = €2.00
- 500 g to 2 kg = €4.99
- 2 kg to 5 kg = €5.99
- 5 kg to 10 kg = €8.49
- 10 kg to 31.5 kg = €16.49
- Express shipping (regardless of weight) = €9.99
Deliveries to the EU:
We calculate shipping costs to EU countries based on the order value:
- Order value €0.00 to €2.00 = €14.99
- Order value €2.01 to €5.00 = €16.99
- Order value €5.01 to €10.00 = €20.99
- Order value €10.01 to €20.00 = €31.99
- Order value €20.01 to €31.50 = €44.99
International deliveries (Switzerland, UK, USA, Australia, etc.):
Shipping costs are calculated by our shipping service provider DHL and displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3–5 days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
